Our preferred transactions allow owners to achieve meaningful liquidity while retaining significant equity in the next chapter of the business.
We invest with a committed group of family office and institutional capital partners, underwriting each transaction on its own merits — so owners get a decision-maker at the table from the first call, a clear diligence plan, and a well-defined path to closing.
