Gaurav Mehta

Gaurav Mehta is the Founder and Managing Partner of Mehshah Capital and has more than 20 years of experience across private equity, investment banking, corporate development and management consulting.

Prior to founding Mehshah Capital, Gaurav was a Director at Pinta Capital Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm. He previously spent more than a decade in healthcare investment banking at Citi, Barclays and other middle-market investment banks, where he executed more than $10 billion of M&A transactions and raised more than $27 billion of debt and equity capital for financial sponsor and corporate clients.

Earlier in his career, Gaurav held investing roles at Sverica Capital and Bridgewater Associates, as well as corporate development and advisory roles with US Oncology and Deloitte Consulting.

Gaurav earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
